I totally relate to that and Cancer is in my 10th house of career and one thing that I definitely learned from my mom is to work hard. That is something that influenced all the different careers I had ( Gemini MC here 😅). However, lately I came to realize that I am done with this, I am done working hard to the point of burnout. I release that and I allow myself to write a new story, to work smarter. Yes, work and my business are important but so it is my health, my life and making the most of it. The pattern ends with me and I am creating a life where I can work on my own terms, I am in charge of my time and I feel free in it 😊
That is so powerful, and by softening into a more tender definition of success and work ethic, you’re also honoring your mom who had to work hard and sacrifice so much. The ability to soften on behalf of all past generations is so beautiful!

I have no placements in cancer 7th house. My mum has her moon in cancer. She was single Mother when I grew up, very independent but I think she longed for a relationship (libra sun).I know she tried but didn't find the right person. I'm kind of the same, no kids though, but have lived as a single way more than I have been in a relationship. We are also both the youngest with a big age difference to our siblings and my mum' s mum and I are both pisces, our birthdays online 2 days apart.
