There’s a karmic toll fee hidden under the glittery veneer of this transit. Before the red carpet of visibility and abundance gets rolled out, you must look your imposter story in the eye and baptize your dream in the artist’s holy water — cringe, rejection, exposure, and audacity.

Learn your lines before the curtains part. Bet on yourself before outside opinions pollute the original spark. Feed your flame before expecting it to keep others warm. Show up and do your big one without anyone cosigning your potential. Perform for an empty room with the same heart as a sold out show.

Do that, and Jupiter in Leo will eagerly put you on the map. (Care too much what people think and you could be left wondering why your creations missed their mark.)

There’s a reason why people overwhelmingly self-describe as “not feeling like” a Leo more than any other sign. The gregarious prima donna stereotype is only a sliver of what it means to embody fixed fire. Leo carries the karma of learning confidence; its protective flame isn’t guaranteed, it’s developed — through ritualistic exposure, joy, and play. Through years of distinguishing performance from performing. Who you become to be liked is not the version of you that does her best work, and every iconic Leo alchemized her own iteration of that story to get where she is today.

Simply put, your imposter syndrome is the blueprint. Whatever you resist sharing, promoting, or publishing, is exactly where Jupiter wants to shine it’s spotlight on you for the next year.

I think about the infinite supply of solar power — and as the only sign ruled by the Sun, Leo reminds us that your life force is regenerative when you truly love what you do and feel confident in your path and choices. It doesn’t matter how great you are at performing in your current life if your shoulders slouch when the curtains close.

“Your imposter syndrome is the blueprint. Whatever you resist sharing, promoting, or publishing, is exactly where Jupiter wants to shine it’s spotlight on you for the next year.”

Welcome to Witchy Kid, where the toolbox of your birth chart gets tangibly alchemized.

Jupiter will be in Leo from June 30, 2026-July 26, 2027. Here are some notable aspects that will influence the flavor of this transit:

Jupiter squares Chiron in Taurus within 3 degrees until July 19, 2026. (It’s been within striking distance since June 11, so you’re already familiar with the feeling!) This is what astrologers have been referring to as a “bumpy start” for Jupiter in Leo, because it’s snagging on the scarcity and worthiness wound. But what if your fear of inadequacy is actually the doorway to your dream life? You could take a few blows to self-esteem during this time, but it ultimately reveals the answer to the question: how much do you believe in your creations? How badly do you want it? How much power are you going to hand over to the fear that it won’t work out? Will you start investing in your joy? If not now, when?

Jupiter sextiles Uranus in Gemini within 3 degrees from July 1-August 10, 2026. This adds additional sparkle to the ‘right place, right time energy’ we associate with Jupiter. Lightning strike, synchronicity, sudden changes or surprises that ultimately work in your favor if you’re actively putting yourself out there.

Jupiter trines Neptune in Aries within 3 degrees from July 5-August 5, 2026. Have some faith and trust the process. Be rewarded for sticking your neck out for what you believe. Initiate on your dream, one foot in front of the other, and see a few more pieces fall into place.

Jupiter opposes Pluto in Aquarius within 3 degrees from July 5-August 5, 2026. Reclaim your power by stepping into the sun. Admit just how much influence you have over your own life. Roll with any punches, live and let live, loosen your grip. Stop watering dead plants and see what wants to shoot up in their place. Stand tall.

Jupiter trines Neptune, opposes Pluto, and sextiles Uranus exactly at 4 degrees from July 19-23, 2026. Saturn is also trined widely. Faith, luck, timing, change — a mysterious cocktail that could make for a very interesting week! Expect the unexpected! This week is what many astrologers have highlighted July for as a major month of breakthroughs.

Jupiter will be 11 degrees away from the solar eclipse in Leo on August 12, 2026. This is a wide conjunction yet notable presence, and could manifest as a reckoning to admit what you truly want, where you’ve been playing it safe, or the chess pieces on the board finally line up for the winning maneuver. The house is most important.

Jupiter trines Saturn in Aries within 3 degrees from August 20-September 13, 2026 and March 18-July 31, 2027. Work ethic and audacity are the winning combination during this time. It’s not enough to just post and disappear, drop a song but not promote it, send an email but not follow up. This is a supportive aspect to put your money where your mouth is and out-work your critics or competitors. Consider how far you could move the needle if you applied even 20% more of yourself during this time. Make a plan to figure out exactly what that translates to in terms of practical goals.

Jupiter forms a conjunction with the Leo south node, opposes the Aquarius north node within 3 degrees from October 30-December 29, 2026 and January 8-May 18, 2027. Old dreams or projects have a way of returning during this time. Imposter syndrome could rear its head again. You might feel the urge to restart a forgotten dream. To balance the big picture with the demands of the present moment. Remember, in many ways, being seen is an act of service. Use this time to balance visibility with integration. Let your community support you. Look around you and tap into the access you already have.

Jupiter will be 5 degrees away in opposition from the solar eclipse in Aquarius on February 6, 2027. What life choices still light you up when no one is watching? This occurs during the last six months of Jupiter in Leo, and the tail end of a transit is best for integration. Whatever strokes of luck and alignment you’ve experienced up to this point are now being weighed with the big picture and future in mind.

Were you born with Jupiter in Leo? Welcome to your Jupiter return!
(Approximately ages 12-13, 23-24, 35-36, 47-48, 59-60, 71-72, 83-84, 95-96)

As a broad brush, a Jupiter return is considered the most abundant transit in all of astrology (with Jupiter conjunctions to your sun/personal planets + angles a close second). These cycles serve as a full circle moment, literally — to reassess what brings you joy and whether or not you’re on a path that can alchemize said joy into abundance. Whatever is already working and in alignment can be tremendously blessed and up-leveled at this time. For other people, a loss may manifest that is meant to clear out space for what would truly serve you, if you’re too close to your current attachments to see that you deserve more. In Leo, you have a lifetime assignment to figure out what flavor of visibility brings you happiness and opportunities. That doesn’t mean you need to be a celebrity, although there are plenty with this placement… You must determine what proximity to the spotlight is necessary to live an abundant life and feel celebrated for your work in the world. Consider the ways you’ve been thrust into the spotlight at the various ages you’ve already experienced this transit. What did those times teach you about ego, attention, validation, and being seen? Where do you anticipate the universe asking you to step more into the spotlight for your highest good over the next year? I recommend all of my clients to write a love letter to Jupiter upon entering their return. Start it with an invitation: “Dear Jupiter, here are all of the ways I invite you to expand and enrich my life over the next year. Signed, this or something better, and in perfect ways.”

Were you born with Jupiter in Taurus or Scorpio? This is your Jupiter square!
A square is a 90° angle that creates friction which requires us to confront what is no longer working. Think of this as the planet of abundance getting an oil change. If you’ve been driving for too long in your current direction without checking the map to make sure it’s actually where you want to be going, then this would be a good time for a pitstop to reevaluate.

In Taurus, you might notice where you’ve traded joy for stability, and this next year is pivotal for bringing both back into alignment. You’ve come as far as you can sacrificing one for the other.

In Scorpio, you might notice where you’ve shied away from the spotlight and secretly long to feel like the main character in this part of your life again. This next year could look like you getting skin in the game and emerging from a chrysalis (no matter how sticky it might feel).

If you were born with Jupiter in Aquarius, this is your Jupiter opposition!
As the name suggests, this is the halfway point between returns. Reflect on the abundance and opportunities you’ve been blessed with (and worked for!) since your last return. Has abundance been accruing in a direction that feels truly aligned, or have you lost sight of the big picture? You’re at your best when you’re in an environment and community where you feel completely free to be your most authentic self. This next year isn’t just a reminder to take up space, but to remember the spaces in which you feel the most alive. That’s where joy is waiting and the right type of attention is attracted.

Jupiter conjunctions and the expansion they offer:

If transiting Jupiter forms a conjunction with your sun in Leo, this is the main character timeline. Whatever you’ve built your identity around will feel magnified, so make sure you’re taking the appropriate steps to signal to the universe what you want to be known for and how you’d like to receive these blessings.

If transiting Jupiter forms a conjunction with your ascendant in Leo, this is a glow up timeline, and you are being asked to step into a deeper sense of confidence than ever before. Shed whatever veneers and masks no longer feel like you, even if they were a necessary chapter.

If transiting Jupiter forms a conjunction to your moon in Leo, don’t let anything stand in the way of reaching personal fulfillment. Your desires will feel louder than usual, and this is also a serendipitous time to curate more alignment with home and family.

If transiting Jupiter forms a conjunction with your Mercury in Leo, the faucet of inspiration is turned on at full blast! Write, talk, post, share. Lean into the magnetism and expanded reach of your voice and words. You could go viral here, too. (Make sure it’s for what you want to be heard for.)

If Jupiter forms a conjunction with your Venus in Leo, this is a romantic and creative boost. Stay heart-centered, prioritize what and who you love, and share your gifts without stipulation.

If Jupiter forms a conjunction with your Mars in Leo, this is a huge surge of motivation! Notice where you feel inspired, because this is where you can make a year happen in a week. Also, libido boost!

If Jupiter forms a conjunction with your Leo descendant, a healthy relationship may naturally deepen, a new connection could surface, or you’ll receive clarity on what you really deserve.

If Jupiter forms a conjunction with your Leo nadir, this is an auspicious time to plant roots, move, or find more fulfillment within your own definition of home and belonging. This can also be supportive for family planning or real estate investment.

Who are you to deny the world what you came here to be known for? Here are a few questions to journal and reflect on where Leo is concerned:

  • Where have I been resisting visibility?

  • What could I take a deeper sense of pride in?

  • What has my ego been telling me I do or don’t deserve?

  • Where do the people who love me consider me naturally radiant? How could I embrace that area more?

The brighter you burn, the more people you keep warm.

I say this to my clients all the time, specifically those with Leo placements or those working on their fire element: the brighter you burn, the more people you keep warm. With this logic, taking up space is actually an act of service and it appeals to Leo’s opposite, providing an entry point to integrate Aquarian ideals with the spotlight.
